KlubZ organises exclusive experiences around concerts with artists for CHF 20. As a klubZ member, you also have access to discounted tickets for Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich concerts throughout the season (not just 2 weeks in advance as with the Legi) and regularly benefit from special offers.

Membership of klubZ
Registrations are possible throughout the season. Membership can be cancelled at the end of the season until 30 June.
For 18 to 29 year olds (CHF 25 per season):
- Tickets for concerts of the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürichh for CHF 20
- klubZ experiences (concert visits incl. meet & greet and aperitif) for CHF 20
For 30 to 40 year olds (CHF 75 per season):
- 20% discount on tickets for Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich concerts
- klubZ experiences (concert visits incl. meet & greet and aperitif) for CHF 20

FAQ
How can I identify myself as a klubZ member?
Once you have registered for klubZ, we will send you the membership invoice with your membership number and other information by e-mail. You will need your membership number at the ticket office.
How can I buy a ticket with a klubZ discount?
Log in to the webshop via this link, select the concert you would like to attend, click on the desired seat and then select "WEB KlubZ up to 29" or "WEB KlubZ from 30". You can find detailed instructions here.
The klubZ discount is not displayed in the webshop? What's the reason?
You receive the discount for concerts organised by the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich. Is it possible that the organiser of the concert you want to attend is different? If not: Have you logged in with the special link? If so: klubZ tickets are subject to a quota. It is therefore possible that all tickets for the selected concert have already been sold. Sometimes it is also due to the Internet browser you are using. Try another one to be on the safe side. Nothing helps? Feel free to contact us at any time: klubz@tonhalle.ch.
Can I also buy tickets with a klubZ discount for friends and relatives?
No. Your klubZ membership is non-transferable. That's why you can only buy one ticket per Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich concert for yourself - but why not bring your friends to klubZ too?
How long is my klubZ membership valid for?
You pay the membership fee for an entire season. If you don't cancel your membership at the end of the season, it will continue seamlessly. So you don't need to do anything if you want to continue your membership for the coming season. We will send you your new documents in the summer.
What happens when I turn 30 or 41?
If you turn 30 and do not cancel your klubZ membership at the end of the season, we will convert your membership to that for 30-40 year olds in the coming season. The new rate is CHF 75.
When you turn 41, you will automatically leave klubZ. It was a pleasure to have you with us - we will miss you! Of course, this does not mean that you will have to do without first-class orchestral music. Are you already familiar with the Friends of the Tonhalle Orchester Zurich? We can warmly recommend it, because klubZ members get a 50% discount on the first year when they join the Circle of Friends!
